Tras el cierre de la transacci\u00f3n, la compa\u00f1\u00eda refuerza su apuesta por el mercado espa\u00f1ol, donde cuenta con cinco plantas integrales de cemento, dos moliendas de cemento, una planta de mortero y varias instalaciones de hormig\u00f3n y \u00e1ridos, situadas en las regiones de Andaluc\u00eda, Canarias, Castilla y Le\u00f3n, Extremadura y Galicia.<\/p>\n<p>Votorantim Cimentos es una empresa internacional que opera en los segmentos de materiales de construcci\u00f3n, miner\u00eda, productos para uso agr\u00edcola, coprocesamiento y gesti\u00f3n de residuos. Tras la incorporaci\u00f3n de Cementos Balboa, la compa\u00f1\u00eda contar\u00e1 con una capacidad instalada de producci\u00f3n de cemento de 57,4 millones de toneladas en todo el
