El nuevo responsable de la planta es Ingeniero Qu\u00edmico y lleva m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os al frente de distintas responsabilidades en las f\u00e1bricas de Oural (Lugo), Toral de los Vados (Le\u00f3n), Niebla (Huelva) y C\u00f3rdoba.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>Con este nombramiento, todas las f\u00e1bricas de Votorantim Cimentos en Espa\u00f1a tendr\u00e1n un director a plena dedicaci\u00f3n. Hasta ahora, Jaime Santoalla, director de la cementera de Toral, compaginaba su cargo con la direcci\u00f3n de la planta lucense.<\/div>\n<div>Entre los retos de Rub\u00e9n S\u00e1nchez destaca el desarrollo de iniciativas para alcanzar los objetivos de sostenibilidad 2030 de Votorantim Cimentos, entre los que se encuentran la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones, el uso de energ\u00eda renovables, la
