Este hito se traduce en m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de horas sin lesiones.<\/p>\n<p>La plantilla de Toral ha celebrado este acontecimiento recordando que &#8220;la seguridad y el bienestar de todos y cada uno de los miembros que forman parte de la empresa es una prioridad en el trabajo diario de la f\u00e1brica&#8221;. Votorantim Cimentos tiene un claro compromiso por convertir los centros de producci\u00f3n en entornos seguros y considera que la prevenci\u00f3n y la sensibilizaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores para minimizar los riesgos son prioritarias en cada una de las actividades que se realizan en la f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n<p>Para conmemorar este hito, la empresa repartir\u00e1 entre su plantilla cheques que podr\u00e1n utilizarse en cualquiera de los establecimientos que forman parte de la Asociaci\u00f3n de comerciantes y hosteleros Templarium Ponferrada y de Ponferrada es Comercio, hasta el 30 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e1ximo responsable de la Asociaci\u00f3n Templarium Ponferrada, Felipe \u00c1lvarez, ha manifestado su satisfacci\u00f3n por la iniciativa de la empresa para celebrar este hito &#8220;y contar con nosotros desde hace ocho a\u00f1os. Agradecemos cualquier propuesta que suponga un revulsivo para fomentar el consumo en nuestros establecimientos&#8221;. Por su parte, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Balboa, presidente de Ponferrada es Comercio, a\u00f1adi\u00f3: &#8220;Iniciativas como \u00e9sta suponen un bal\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno para nuestros asociados, sobre todo ahora que vivimos un escenario de inflaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 afectando a los h\u00e1bitos de consumo de los
