Esta iniciativa forma parte de un proyecto del Ayuntamiento de la ciudad andaluza, que ha encargado su desarrollo a la asociaci\u00f3n Almijara, entidad no lucrativa que promociona la sensibilizaci\u00f3n sobre la biodiversidad biol\u00f3gica, social y cultural.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada se ha iniciado con la llegada de los voluntarios a la zona de restauraci\u00f3n, donde, en primer lugar, han escuchado las indicaciones de los monitores de Almijara, que les han informado sobre los objetivos de la iniciativa: &#8220;Porqu\u00e9 y para qu\u00e9 plantamos; c\u00f3mo hacerlo de forma adecuada para que no se pierda el trabajo realizado; con qu\u00e9 especies, herramientas y materiales, y qu\u00e9 medidas de seguridad hay que observar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, los diferentes grupos de voluntarios, acompa\u00f1ados por los monitores ambientales, se han puesto manos a la obra para la plantaci\u00f3n de los \u00e1rboles o arbustos asignados, seg\u00fan la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Para Enrique \u00c1lvarez-Cascos, director de la f\u00e1brica de M\u00e1laga, &#8220;estamos muy orgullosos de la participaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y las trabajadoras que forman parte de la f\u00e1brica de cemento de M\u00e1laga que, de forma altruista, ponen su tiempo y entusiasmo en iniciativas como esta. En Votorantim Cimentos apostamos por el voluntariado corporativo como una forma de participar en medidas de apoyo a las comunidades en las que operamos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La plantaci\u00f3n realizada hoy ser\u00e1 mantenida y regada por la Asociaci\u00f3n Almijara en verano y repuestas las marras la pr\u00f3xima
