Esta alianza refuerza el compromiso de ambas entidades con la innovaci\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad y el desarrollo de infraestructuras m\u00e1s eficientes y respetuosas con el medioambiente.<\/p>\n<p>La adhesi\u00f3n de Votorantim Cimentos a MWCC supone un paso estrat\u00e9gico para fortalecer el ecosistema de la construcci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a, promoviendo iniciativas que fomenten la econom\u00eda circular, la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la reducci\u00f3n de la huella de carbono en el sector y posicion\u00e1ndolo como centro de referencia internacional en formaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n e I+D+I.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta uni\u00f3n, Votorantim Cimentos se suma a una plataforma de colaboraci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que ya cuenta con algunas de las empresas e instituciones m\u00e1s influyentes del sector, consolidando a MWCC como un referente internacional en soluciones urbanas.<\/p>\n<p>Este es un paso m\u00e1s de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para profundizar en su estrategia de desarrollo sostenible y de descarbonizaci\u00f3n de su actividad, ali\u00e1ndose con otras instituciones para aunar esfuerzos. De hecho, es miembro fundador del Consejo Empresarial Mundial para el Desarrollo Sostenibles, desde donde trabaja conjuntamente con la Asociaci\u00f3n Global de Cemento y Hormig\u00f3n para desarrollar tecnolog\u00eda y soluciones enfocadas a reducir la huella de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>Comprometida a combatir los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico, Votorantim Cimentos cuenta con una estrategia basada en cuatro pilares: inversiones en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, uso de combustibles alternativos, incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de uso, almacenamiento y captura de CO2 y
