El galard\u00f3n, concedido por ASPY, distingue la labor de las empresas que buscan la excelencia en el campo de la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales. El consejero delegado de Votorantim Cimentos Espa\u00f1a, Jorge Wagner, ha recogido la distinci\u00f3n de manos de Luis Recolons, director general de ASPY Prevenci\u00f3n, en una ceremonia celebrada en Madrid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El premio Xcellens constituye un respaldo a las medidas que implementa Votorantim Cimentos en los centros de trabajo repartidos por todo el pa\u00eds y que se integran en el &#8216;Proyecto 0+. En Seguridad solo el cero cuenta&#8217; que tiene como objetivo alcanzar cero accidentes. Este plan se basa en la concienciaci\u00f3n de la plantilla a la hora de promover comportamientos seguros y conductas saludables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los responsables del ASPY se han decantado, a la hora de premiar al grupo cementero, por su cultura de compromiso con la seguridad y, de forma destacada, por el \u00abProyecto Detroit\u00bb. Esta iniciativa incluye, entre otros aspectos, charlas diarias en las que durante 10 minutos todo el personal de cada uno de los turnos reflexiona sobre la importancia de la seguridad y salud en el puesto de trabajo.
