El plan de inversiones puesto en marcha por Votorantim, grupo al que pertenece la planta onubense, ha sido clave para obtener estos resultados, ya que desde su llegada a Espa\u00f1a ha dedicado m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de euros a mejorar los equipamientos y las instalaciones, as\u00ed como a diversas iniciativas destinadas al cambio de comportamientos de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>A la estrategia empresarial hay que sumar el compromiso de los trabajadores con las medidas preventivas instauradas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda con el reto de alcanzar el objetivo de cero accidentes. Seg\u00fan el director Industrial de Votorantim en Espa\u00f1a, Thoger Christiansen, \u00abestos cuatro a\u00f1os sin accidentes con baja entre los trabajadores directos en la f\u00e1brica de Niebla son el fruto de una apuesta decidida de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en materia de seguridad y formaci\u00f3n y del claro compromiso de una plantilla responsable\u00bb. El objetivo alcanzado en la planta de Niebla la sit\u00faa en el primer puesto del r\u00e1nking de plantas de cemento del grupo en d\u00edas sin accidentes con baja entre sus trabajadores directos en
