Los premios Prevencionar tienen por objeto reconocer a las empresas que destacan en la defensa, est\u00edmulo y apoyo en el campo de la salud, seguridad y bienestar en el trabajo. Asimismo pretenden concienciar a la sociedad y dar a conocer las buenas pr\u00e1cticas realizadas para que se instauren en otras empresas e instituciones.<\/p>\n<p>Cementos Cosmos es uno de los participantes destacados tras recibir en la pasada edici\u00f3n el Premio \u201cEmpresa del A\u00f1o\u201d en la categor\u00eda \u201cGran Empresa\u201d. Por este motivo la empresa cementera ha querido dar a conocer su estrategia para que sirva como ejemplo a todas aquellas empresas e instituciones sensibles a la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos y que quieren ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que marca la normativa.<\/p>\n<p>El modelo de gesti\u00f3n de la seguridad y salud laboral en Votorantim Cimentos, grupo el que pertenece la f\u00e1brica de cemento de C\u00f3rdoba, se fundamenta en principios como la autocr\u00edtica, el inconformismo, la mejora continua, la orientaci\u00f3n a la acci\u00f3n y el liderazgo, asumiendo la seguridad y la salud como un valor fundamental de la empresa. Pensar diferente est\u00e1 en la esencia de las iniciativas implantadas con el fin de crear una verdadera \u201ccultura preventiva\u201d basada en los comportamientos seguros, con la ambici\u00f3n de alcanzar una empresa libre de accidentes.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello Cementos Cosmos se basa en cuatro pilares fundamentales: promover los comportamientos seguros, enfocar los esfuerzos en la percepci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n de los riesgos cr\u00edticos, desarrollar reglas, protocolos y herramientas de gesti\u00f3n pr\u00e1cticas y aplicables con apoyo en las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y gestionar la comunicaci\u00f3n como herramienta fundamental para conseguir el compromiso de los trabajadores, compartiendo el
